We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right with a unit, that falls on us, and we take care of it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that is when we show up. If anything changes, I contact you before you need to contact us.

Each rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule an additional weekly visit.
We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit on location until you contact us for removal.
Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Reach out earlier for holiday weekends.
